Preparation: 

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Roll out the dough into small circles or rectangles.
  • Mix the zaatar, rose harissa, and olive oil to create a paste.
  • Spread this mixture over the dough.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the dough is golden.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
