Grated carrots with orange, flavored with cinnamon

Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 4 large carrots
- 2 oranges (one for juice, one for supremes)
- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of chopped parsley
- 1 tsp of 7 sesame blend
- 1 handful of raisins
- Salt and pepper
Preparation :
- Prepare the carrots:
- Peel the carrots and finely grate them.
- Prepare the orange:
- Squeeze the juice of one orange.
- Peel the second orange and cut it into supremes (segments without the white membrane).
- Seasoning:
- In a bowl, mix the orange juice, olive oil, cider vinegar, honey, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Assembly:
- Mix the grated carrots with the orange supremes.
- Add the ground coriander and chopped parsley.
- Pour the dressing over and mix well.
- Finishing touch:
- Sprinkle with raisins and the 7 sesame blend.
- Rest and serving:
- Let it rest in the fridge for 15-30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend well.
