Our recipe ideas for using the Holiday Spices set in your kitchen:

·         mashed potatoes with truffle salt diamond : add ½ teaspoon of truffle salt diamond once you have mashed your potatoes;

·         foie gras with truffle salt diamond : put a slice of foie gras on a toast, sprinkle with a pinch of truffle salt diamond and enjoy;

·         spaghetti with mushrooms and truffle salt diamond : after cooking your mushrooms, add 3 good pinches of truffle salt diamond on top before adding the cream;

·         foie gras samoussas : before folding your samoussas, sprinkle a small pinch of assembly inside;

·         foie gras mango tartlets : after pan-frying your foie gras circles, sprinkle the foie gras mixture on them and arrange your tartlets;

·         foie gras macaroons : add 2 teaspoons of foie gras assembly to your foie gras before whipping it with cream;

·         oyster platter with pepper : add a pinch of oyster pepper to your oysters just before eating them;

·         cod fillet : sprinkle 2 pinches of oyster pepper on your fillet.
