The Making of Raspberry Vinegar

This vinegar is the result of a double fermentation process of raspberry juice: first, an alcoholic fermentation where the naturally occurring yeast in the juice converts sugar into alcohol, creating wine. Then, acetic fermentation occurs, where the natural bacteria in the fruit wine convert the alcohol into vinegar.

This naturally obtained vinegar is not pasteurized. After the fermentation process, it is carefully filtered before being bottled, preserving its authenticity and original flavor.
