The ceps originating in France
Cèpes, these tasty mushrooms picked in the undergrowth, bring a touch of nature to all your recipes. Their unique taste is imbued with a woody, earthy note, reminiscent of the freshness of the autumn air. Ceps are considered the kings of the woodland mushrooms, and for good reason! They are hand-picked in the deciduous and coniferous forests of France to guarantee their quality and exceptional flavour. With these wild ceps rigorously sorted by Maison Borde, you are guaranteed to add a note of authenticity to all your dishes.
Multiple culinary associations
Our dried ceps from France will flavour your dishes in sauce, wonderfully accompany your meat, poultry or game, or more simply your potato gratins, omelettes or quiches. Soak the dried ceps in a container of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain them and plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to be cooked according to the chosen recipe.
