.Our dried morels from France are a wonderful accompaniment to white meats, poultry, sweetbreads, red meats, pasta and go well with asparagus or peas. They go perfectly with fresh cream or in a morel crust. For dessert, these French morels are ideal on a skewer with salted butter caramel and an exotic fruit. Soak the dried morels in a container of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain them and plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to be cooked according to the chosen recipe.
