Smoked Curry Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp of trapper's blend mustard
- ½ tsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of smoked curry
- Salt
- Pepper
- A few sprigs of chives or dill for decoration
Preparation:

Place the eggs in a saucepan of boiling water and cook them for 10 minutes, until fully hard-boiled.

Then, rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process, and peel them carefully.

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.

Place the yolks in a bowl, then mash them with a fork.

Add the mustard, mayonnaise, smoked curry, a pinch of salt, pepper, and, if desired, a little turmeric to enhance the color.

Mix well until the texture is creamy. If the mixture seems too thick, add a splash of water or some cream.

Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the egg whites with the curry filling.

Lightly sprinkle the top with some smoked curry powder.

Decorate with fresh chopped herbs, such as chives or dill.
