Seaweed butter
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 pack of butter;
- 2 tablespoons Terre Exotique seaweed salad;
- 2 teaspoons Terre Exotique Ile de Ré fleur de sel.
Methods:
- Soften your butter then gradually add the seaweed salad.
- Add salt and mix until the salt and the seaweed are evenly distributed throughout the butter.
- Shape your butter then chill in the fridge before serving with oysters or fish.
