TERRE EXOTIQUE'S SALMON CANAPES

INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices crusty bread
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 4 portions cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- Voatsiperifery pepper
- black sesame and golden sesame seeds
PREPARATION
- Cut the slices of smoked salmon into strips.
- In a bowl, mash the 4 portions of cream cheese with a fork and spread on the crusty bread.
- Place the salmon on top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with Voatsiperifery pepper, black and golden sesame seeds.
