Ingredients for 4 glasses:

• 16 cl of orange liqueur;
• 4 cl of lime juice;
• 20 cl of pear juice;
• A splash of sparkling water;
• 12 grains of Terre Exotique voatsiperifery pepper.

Methods:

1. In each of your glasses, add ice cubes until they reach halfway.
2. Pour the orange liqueur, pear juice, lime juice, and sparkling water.
3. Next, add 3 grains of voatsiperifery pepper in each glass, stir, and serve!
