Oriental tabbouleh
Ingredients for the recipe :
- 200g of couscous grains;
- 1 tablespoon of Terre Exotique tabbouleh assembly;
- 1 spring onion;
- The juice of a lemon;
- 30g raisins;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 8cl of virgin olive oil from Lesbos Terre Exotique;
- 1 cucumber.
Preparation :
- Start by rehydrating the grapes in a glass of boiling water.
- Then cut your cucumber and tomatoes into cubes. Chop the spring onion.
- In a large container, pour the couscous grains, cucumber, tomatoes and spring onion. Add the lemon juice, the drained grapes, the
- olive oil and the tabbouleh mixture.
- Mix everything well using a spoon. Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
- Enjoy the next day as a starter or to accompany your dish!
