Recipe for Gochugaru chili oil

Ingredients :
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 tsp Gochugaru pepper flakes
- 3 tsp golden sesame seeds
- 1 tsp flower of salt
- 1 cardamom pod
- 1 pinch of powdered ginger
- Grapeseed oilpépins de raisin
Preparation
- Chop the garlic cloves and place them in a jam jar ;
- Add 5 teaspoons of Gochugaru pepper, then a teaspoon of fleur de sel, and finally 3 teaspoons of golden sesame seeds ;
- Continue with a pod of cardamom and a pinch of powdered ginger ;
- Cover everything with grapeseed oi l;
- Mix well, and it's ready !
