Ingredients :

• 1 fresh goat’s cheese log;
• 3 tbsp. tablespoon of honey;
• 2 cases. of flowers blend.

Preparation :

1. Gently coat the fresh goat cheese log with the honey, using a brush for even coverage.
2. Then roll the log in the flower salad and place in the fridge until ready to eat!
