Gourmet Crêpes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 780 ml of semi-skimmed milk
- 325 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 125 g of granulated sugar
- 80 g of melted butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of vanilla brown sugar
- 2 pinches of Fleur de Sel de Guérande IGP
- Olive oil for cooking
For the Toppings:
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, vanilla brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add the milk while stirring to prevent lumps.
- Next, incorporate the melted butter.
- Break the eggs and add them to the mixture, then pour in the vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth.
- Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Take the batter out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before cooking.
- Heat a pan with a little olive oil, then pour a ladle of batter. Cook until the crêpe is golden on both sides.
- For an extra indulgent touch, add flavored sugar, spread, and/or praline.
