Dubai Chocolate Bar Recipe

 
 
 

 

Ingredients :

Preparation : 

  • Finely chop the chocolate. Melt half of it in a double boiler. Pour the melted chocolate and spread it to cover about 1.5 cm of the edges. Let it harden in the fridge.

  • Cut the kadaïf strands into small pieces. Heat the butter in a pan and lightly brown the angel hair until it takes on a nice golden color. Mix them with the pistachio paste and tahini in a bowl. Stir well, then let it cool.

  • Spread the cooled filling over the hardened chocolate. Melt the second half of the chocolate in a double boiler, then pour it over the filling. Smooth gently.

  • Let it harden completely in the fridge, then carefully unmold before serving.
