Dubai Chocolate Bar Recipe
Ingredients :
- 200 g of milk chocolate
- 50 g of kadaïf
- 20 g of butter
- 125 g of pistachio paste
- 2 tsp of tahini
Preparation :

Finely chop the chocolate. Melt half of it in a double boiler. Pour the melted chocolate and spread it to cover about 1.5 cm of the edges. Let it harden in the fridge.

Cut the kadaïf strands into small pieces. Heat the butter in a pan and lightly brown the angel hair until it takes on a nice golden color. Mix them with the pistachio paste and tahini in a bowl. Stir well, then let it cool.

Spread the cooled filling over the hardened chocolate. Melt the second half of the chocolate in a double boiler, then pour it over the filling. Smooth gently.

Let it harden completely in the fridge, then carefully unmold before serving.
