Soy milk, pineapple, orange and chia seed smoothie

SOYA MILK, PINEAPPLE, ORANGE AND CHIA SEED SMOOTHIE

Ingredients for chia seed smoothie

  • 25cl soya milk (or almond or rice milk)
  • Juice from two oranges
  • 1/4 pineapple chopped into chunks
  • 1 soup spoon honey
  • 1 soup spoon chia seeds
  • A few ice cubes

Preparation

  • Mix the soya milk, orange juice, pineapple, honey and ice cubes in a blender.
  • Pour directly into your glass, add the chia seeds and serve immediately.
