SOYA MILK, PINEAPPLE, ORANGE AND CHIA SEED SMOOTHIE
Ingredients for chia seed smoothie
- 25cl soya milk (or almond or rice milk)
- Juice from two oranges
- 1/4 pineapple chopped into chunks
- 1 soup spoon honey
- 1 soup spoon chia seeds
- A few ice cubes
Preparation
- Mix the soya milk, orange juice, pineapple, honey and ice cubes in a blender.
- Pour directly into your glass, add the chia seeds and serve immediately.
