Breton chicken curry (breizh curry)
Serves 4 | Preparation: 20 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS FOR BRETON CHICKEN CURRY
- 800g chopped chicken breast
- 3 tblspns Terre Exotique coconut oil
- 6 teaspns Terre Exotique Breton curry
- 1 sachet Ariake chicken stock
- 2 glasses rice
- 1 carton coconut milk
- 1 onion
METHOD
- Fry the chicken in coconut oil then remove from the heat
- Make the chicken stock
- Cook the rice
- Fry the onion in coconut oil, add Breton curry and mix
- Add the stock and the coconut milk
- Leave to cook for 5 minutes over a low heat then add the chicken.
- Leave to cook for another 10 minutes
- Serve and sprinkle with candied yuzu peel for an extra zingy taste
