Breton chicken curry (breizh curry)

Serves 4 | Preparation: 20 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS FOR BRETON CHICKEN CURRY

METHOD

  1. Fry the chicken in coconut oil then remove from the heat
  2. Make the chicken stock
  3. Cook the rice
  4. Fry the onion in coconut oil, add Breton curry and mix
  5. Add the stock and the coconut milk
  6. Leave to cook for 5 minutes over a low heat then add the chicken.
  7. Leave to cook for another 10 minutes
  8. Serve and sprinkle with candied yuzu peel for an extra zingy taste
