Goat Cheese Log with Salad Seeds and Pistachios

  1. Coarsely chop the pistachios and mix them with the Terre Exotique salad seeds in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the honey and olive oil.
  3. Roll the goat cheese log in the honey-olive oil mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Next, roll the log in the pistachio and seed mixture, pressing gently to adhere the seeds and pistachios to the entire surface of the cheese.
  5. Place the coated goat cheese log in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and the seeds to adhere well.
  6. Remove the goat cheese log from the refrigerator a few minutes before serving to bring it to room temperature.
