Saffron Tiramisu

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 tablespoons of Terre Exotique brown sugar
- A pinch of saffron (3 saffron threads) from Terre Exotique
- 500g of mascarpone
- 50 cl of espresso coffee
- 20 ladyfinger biscuits
Methods:
- In a bowl, mix the sugar and egg yolks until the mixture becomes frothy.
- Next, add the saffron and the previously softened mascarpone.
- Dip the ladyfinger biscuits one by one into the coffee and cover the bottom of your dish with them. On top, layer with your mascarpone mixture.
- Alternate again with a layer of coffee-dipped biscuits and cover with the mascarpone mixture.
