Recipe for Spiced Smoothie with Ginger and Cinnamon

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- A few ice cubes
Preparation:
Peel and cut the banana and apple into pieces.
Place all ingredients into a blender: banana, apple, spinach (if included), almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, chia seeds, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and optionally sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon for an aesthetic touch.
