Sea bream with chaste tree berry
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 fillets of sea bream;
- 100 g butter;
- 1 teaspoon Terre Exotique chopped rosemary;
- 2 pinches Terre Exotique Ile de Ré fleur de sel;
- 2 tablespoons Terre Exotique olive oil;
- 2 twists of pepper mill filled with Terre Exotique chaste tree berry.
Method:
- Add the olive oil to a frying pan then place your fish fillets skin side down on the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the butter, rosemary then leave to cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove your fillets from the frying pan, add 2 twists of your pepper mill filled with chaste tree berry and serve immediately.
- Serve with mashed carrots or potato, or with rice and a butter sauce.
