Savory Granola with Madras Curry
Ingredients:
- 100g of Terre Exotique Brunch Nature Blend
- 5 tablespoons of Terre Exotique Olive Oil
- 5 tablespoons of Terre Exotique Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons of Terre Exotique Madras Curry
Methods:
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F) and prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the Brunch Nature blend with the Madras Curry, honey or maple syrup, and olive oil. Stir well to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes, stirring gently every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking. Be careful not to let it burn.
- Once the granola is golden and crispy, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. It will become even crispier as it cools.
- Once cooled, you can break it into smaller pieces if desired
Chef's Tip: Store your savory curry granola in an airtight container at room temperature. It will keep for several weeks. Serve this savory curry granola as a topping for salads, on roasted vegetables, or simply as a snack.
