Endive, apple, and walnut salad


Ingredients for the Recipe:
- 3 fresh endives
- 2 apples (Golden or Granny Smith for a tangy touch)
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 1 tbsp of Trapper's Blend
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
Preparation:

Remove the base of the endives to reduce bitterness, then finely slice them.

Wash the apples thoroughly, remove the core, and cut them into thin slices or small cubes, according to preference.

In a dry pan, toast the walnut kernels over low heat for 2-3 minutes to enhance their flavor.

In a small bowl, mix the extra virgin olive oil from Huilerie Beaujolaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Whisk well to emulsify.

In a salad bowl, combine the endives, apples, and walnuts. Pour the vinaigrette over and mix gently.

Generously sprinkle the Trapper's Blend from Terre Exotique to enhance the dish with its slightly sweet and spicy notes.
