Roasted Pineapple with Mexican Rubs
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 pineapple
- 1 Bourbon vanilla pod from Terre Exotique
- 2 teaspoons of Mexican Rubs blend from Terre Exotique
- 100 g of brown sugar from Terre Exotique
Steps:
- Preheat your griddle.
- Remove the skin and core of the pineapple. Cut the pineapple into cubes.
- Caramelize the brown sugar and then mix the caramel with the pineapple cubes.
- Add the Mexican Rubs blend and mix again. Sauté the pineapple on the griddle for 5 minutes, covered.
- Enjoy it as a dessert or as a side dish with rice and grilled dishes.
