My home-made curry blend

Ingredients:
- Turmeric 3,5 tsp.
- Coriander* 3 tsp.
- Cumin* 2 tsp.
- Fennel 3 tsp.
- Black Tellicherry pepper 3 tsp.
- Mustard seed 1 tsp.
- Fenugreek* 1 tsp.
- Ginger 2 tsp.
- Cinnamon 1 tsp.
- Cloves 8 cloves
- Cardamom 4 seeds
Utensils:
- 1 pan
- 1 mortar and pestle
Steps:
- In a pan, roast the coriander, cumin and fenugreek. Be careful not to burn the spices! Roast over low heat and keep an eye on it.
- Gather all the ingredients in a mortar.
- Grind the whole mixture, using a pestle.
- Your curry is ready!
