Recipe for Creamy Risotto with Olive Oil-Based Culinary Preparation and Porcini Mushrooms
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 300 g arborio rice
- 200 g porcini mushrooms
- 1 shallot
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 1 l of hot broth
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 3 tbsp olive oil and porcini culinary preparation
- Salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Sauté the minced shallot and porcini mushrooms in 2 tbsp of the olive oil and porcini culinary preparation.
- Add the rice and stir until translucent for 2 minutes.
- Deglaze with the white wine, then incorporate the hot broth one ladle at a time, stirring continuously.
- At the end of the cooking process, add the parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve hot.
