Creamy Porcini Risotto with Olive Oil

Recipe for Creamy Risotto with Olive Oil-Based Culinary Preparation and Porcini Mushrooms

 

Ingredients (4 servings):

Preparation:

  1. Sauté the minced shallot and porcini mushrooms in 2 tbsp of the olive oil and porcini culinary preparation.
  2. Add the rice and stir until translucent for 2 minutes.
  3. Deglaze with the white wine, then incorporate the hot broth one ladle at a time, stirring continuously.
  4. At the end of the cooking process, add the parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve hot.
