Recipe for cod loin with saffron sauce and chanterelles

(for 2 person )

 

Ingredients 

 

Preparation

 

  • Rehydrate the chanterelles: soak them for 15-20 minutes in warm water, then drain.
  • Prepare the saffron sauce: heat the cream with the saffron for 10 minutes over low heat, then remove from the heat.
  • Cook the cod: place a knob of butter in a pan and sear the fish.
  • Sauté the chanterelles: cook them for 5 minutes in butter, season with salt and pepper.
  • Potatoes: steam them and lightly salt.
  • Plate and enjoy.
