Chocolate Granola Parfait
Ingredients:
- 100g of Chocolate Brunch Blend
- 100g of Greek yogurt or skyr
- 2 tablespoons of honey or Terre Exotique Agave syrup
- 50g of grated coconut
Methods:
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt (or skyr) with the honey (or maple syrup). Stir well to achieve a homogeneous and sweet mixture.
- In your serving glasses, add a tablespoon of the yogurt mixture. On top of that, add a tablespoon of the Chocolate Brunch Blend and sprinkle a pinch of grated coconut. Repeat this process layer by layer until you reach the top of the glass.
- Refrigerate the prepared verrines and enjoy them as a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert.
