Chimichurri sauce
Chimichurri sauce is a mixture of herbs and spices commonly used as either a marinade base or a condiment. It is highly popular in Argentina and is often served with grilled meats during "asados," which are impromptu gatherings and true Argentine rituals. While the Pampeano variation has a bit of a kick to it, the Patagonico version is milder in flavor.

Mix all the following ingredients in a large bowl:
- ½ bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- 120 ml of Terre Exotique olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of Chimichurri Pampeano or Chimichurri Patagonico.
