Chimichurri sauce

Chimichurri sauce is a mixture of herbs and spices commonly used as either a marinade base or a condiment. It is highly popular in Argentina and is often served with grilled meats during "asados," which are impromptu gatherings and true Argentine rituals. While the Pampeano variation has a bit of a kick to it, the Patagonico version is milder in flavor.

Mix all the following ingredients in a large bowl:   Tip: Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. You can then use it as a sauce or marinade to accompany your dishes.
